Inhabitants

Created during my architecture studies, this drawing explores imagined space, structure and perspective through fine linework and stippling. Built almost entirely from individual dots and precise marks, changes in density create depth, light and shadow. Small figures are dotted throughout the structure, going about different activities and bringing unexpected moments of life into an otherwise unlikely environment. I wanted their presence to be a pleasant discovery as the viewer spends more time looking at the work.
